Who we are

This policy explains how [EuroLaunch Ltd] ("EuroLaunch", "we") uses the information you give us when you take our European expansion readiness assessment. We are the data controller for that information. We're registered in England and Wales under company number [company number], at [registered office address].

Questions about this policy or your data: [privacy@eurolaunch.co.uk].

What we collect

  • Your answers — the markets you're considering and your answers to the assessment questions, saved as you go.
  • Contact details — your name and email address.
  • Company details — your company size, industry and, if you choose to share it, revenue range.
  • Technical information — a session cookie that remembers your progress (see our cookie policy), and browser signals used to check that form submissions come from a person, not a bot.

How we use it

  • To give you your results — calculating your readiness score, showing your report and emailing you a copy. We do this because you asked us to.
  • To follow up with you — our team may contact you about your results and how we could help. This is in our legitimate interest in growing our business.
  • To send you marketing — occasional emails with EuroLaunch insights and updates, based on our legitimate interests. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by using it or emailing [privacy@eurolaunch.co.uk].
  • To protect the site — blocking automated and abusive submissions, also in our legitimate interests.

We don't sell your information or share it with other companies for their own marketing.

Who processes it for us

We use a small number of service providers who handle your information only on our instructions:

  • Vercel — hosts this website and provides bot protection.
  • Neon — stores your answers and details in our database.
  • Resend — sends our emails.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK–US data bridge.

How long we keep it

We keep your answers and details for as long as they're useful for following up with you and for our marketing, and delete them when you ask us to. If you unsubscribe, we keep just enough to make sure we don't email you again.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or transfer it to someone else. You can also object at any time to us using it for marketing or for our legitimate interests. To do any of these, email [privacy@eurolaunch.co.uk]. We'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We'd appreciate the chance to put it right first.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we use your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
